It was a great morning for a snow run.  The weather man was promising snow, and the skies were full of dark clouds.  We left the parking lot of the local 4wheel parts in Fresno at about 8:00am.  We started with about 20 rigs, but at least 60 rigs ran Bald Mt. that day.

The whole point of a snow run is snow, and we got all the snow that we could handle by the end of that day. The trail disappeared and all we could see was what we thought looked like the trail, sometimes we were wrong.  No trees or rocks were hurt in the adventure and we still had a really great time.

The Central Valley was well represented on Bald Mt. that day with members of all the local clubs on hand to help with the run or just fellowship and show off there rigs.  All the guys from 4 wheel parts were very helpful in trail repairs and they cook some great tri-tip.

We planned on being done by 4:00pm, but we were still wheeling way after bed time.  I had a great time and I really enjoyed meeting all the great people that we have involved in our sport.  Our trails are packed with some of the finest people in the world. Thanks Trail -Gear for giving me the opportunity to be at the event.
