Sales Representative

Principal Accountabilities:

• Responsible for processing orders in a timely fashion.
• Discover and handle concerns from customers.
• Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers as well.
• Good after sales services as this is the quality that guarantees repeat customers.
• Complete knowledge of the product and service.
• Should be able to multitask as they have to manage a number of people.
• Should have the ability to meet targets.
• Follow up on each sale.
• Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• High school diploma
• Strong communications skills is a plus.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft word and excel).
• 1-3 years of sales experience a plus.
