I need the torque specs for the bolts that hold the caliper halves together.
It is not in the 85 FSM.
These are NOT the bolts that mount the calipers to the knuckle.
I also need part numbers for the 4 o-rings between the caliper halves.
Thanks in advance.

You can`t get the o-rings on their own. Have to buy entire caliper.

Bro you are really better off just buying new calipers. if you are switching to the bigger IFS calipers take your old cores to almost any auto zone or kragens and they will take them as cores, they usually cant tell the difference. They are almost identical and usually they dont charge you that 100 dollar core charge. Or go to a wrecking yard and find a nice wrecked truck like i did and it even had new break pads in them. as for the specs on the bolts you should be able to get that from your factory toy service manual. The factory one cost more but it has ten times the info that a hanes or even a chilton has in it. if you have any more questions just ask we are here to help.

I'd get other calipers, but these are free.

Sorry my mistake, i should of payed more attention to the nice big picture that you posted . I have looked at all of my manuals today too, and I found nothing for torque specs on those bolts, and no info on the o rings either. The o rings can usually be matched up by eye and get those bolts tight........ I got the feeling from talking to a buddy over at Toyota that we (regular people) were not ment to rebuild those calipers. Find out who sales rebuilt one and try to get the specs from the rebuild company. Call them and ask. Maybe they will just cooperate. Seems like alot of work just for some calipers. But I have been there, so if I can help just let me know. :?
torque specs: tight!
o-rings: buy a universal o-ring set at harbor freight, they're surprisingly useful, cheap and seem to be decent quality.
