That is good news. We are really trying to build a reputation for having the product in stock and ready to ship on that day.
We are all wheelers here at Trail -Gear, and have been buying products from offroad companies for years and one of the things that we disliked the most as consumers is companies who advertise products that they don't have in stock, or it takes us a month to get it shipped.
That really sucks when you are in the middle of a project, or even worse have a run planned and cant go because your held up on that one part that your rig needs. We have all been there.
Everyday Me, Matt, or Chris look for ways to keep the customer happy buy offering Quality products at a reasonable price and the get them to the customer in a timely mannor.
Thanx for the feed back, we are all working hard with you, the customer in mind. Also keep us on your favorites list, because we are going to be coming out with new improved products on a weekly basis.
You don't want to miss out on our up coming new products.
I am real excited everytime we improve on a product I get to help and try and break it. And I know if I can't break it, its tough. Matt is taking Toyota rock crawling to a new level.
And un-like some other guys, our products really are trail rated, and tested, and tested, and then re-tested. That why we stand behind everything that we sell. We really believe in the product, and love the sport.

Yup I have to say thanks too.
At first my order got kinda messed up I never received it. I found out somehow it got shipped to the wrong location.
Chris personally straightened everything out and sent me the stuff next day delivery no extra charge.
I got my triple drilled flanges and my bumpstops also a great head LED work light.
Everything worked out great though.

Thanks for the awsome service,

Bryan

Once again thanks for the feed back. Sometimes mistakes will happen, and when they do we want to take care of it as quick and painless for the customer as we can.
We really thank you for your business. Here at Trail-Gear when a customer is in need we don't care about our job titles, even the marketing manager gets in the shipping room and mails a package. We work as a team, just like on the trail, we all stack rocks.
