does the fender have to be cut if you have a 3" body lift? can i get a measurement of how tall the 14" hoops are from the very bottom of the mounting point to the top of the tube? i have 14" travel shocks and want to mount them with out cutting the fenders. thanks

No, you won't have to cut the fender with the tall 14" hoop and your body lift. These hoops are 16" overall in length.
