Iam personally not sure. I have not got to mess with to many of the third generation 4 runner. I am sure someone from our design department will have the answer. So why dont you give me a call at the shop on monday and we will figure it out.
At very worst I do have a tape measure on my desk we can take some measurements. that the great thing about having three different lenghts sliders with those long you not only can use them on all toyota's but they will work on blazers and some jeeps and even fords.
So if you are still interesesd give mw a call or drop me a line we will work it out. Here at Trail- Gear we are real hands on and have lots of patients. So we are always willing to lend a hand.

For the 1st and 2nd generation the 58" sliders fit best. The 3rd Generation 4Runners have a wheelbase similar to early long beds and the 67" bars are the length for your vehicle.
