FS-Chrome rear tube bumper for Toyota

Here she is in all her chromy glory. Its a double tube rear bumper for toyota pickups and early model runners. it has no mounting hardware but it looks like it only needs bolts to bolt up. There are no dents, all the end caps are there and it has no large dings in the chrome. The hitch part needs new paint for it is chipping and has surface rust. Offer up! Thanks!
