How important is it to have the leaf spring pad when using T-G front springs? My springs (and other parts) came yesterday, but the spring pad wasn't included. Do SAS'd trucks sit really crooked without it?

Every truck comes out slightly different. On average trucks come out level if they use the spring pad on the left side. I have wanted to offer pads of different sizes to help get truck as close to level as possable.

Even if if you did not use it right now you might deside you need it later on after your springs settle.

Please PM me your address and I will ship a pad to you on Monday so you have it on hand.

It's ok to do the install without the pad, but your left side will be about 3/4" lower than the right side.

I am really sorry you did not get them pad with your order, we will get it right out to you.

like chris said a lot of trucks are different. the left spring pad is slightly lower though. my trucks been sas'd for a year now and it is still sitting level up front. i assume it wouldnt be if i didnt use the tab that was included. some days it sits unlevel just a hair and i start driving it and its fine. i dont know its weird.

Mines all over. It depends how its parked and alot if the wheel was cut when I stopped. When I got my SAS kit I never got a pad. I added a peice of a 5/16 leaf to the bottom of the pack when I removed leafs.

Note I do not have trailgear SAS kit.

For some od reason it seems that almost every Toyota that I have ever seen seems to sag a little to one side, and that can change depending on the mood of the truck that day
