Is the sealed beam on the $8 rock lights replaceable or is the light trashed once it burns out?

The bulb is replacable. You can also up grade to a higher watt bulb when you replace the stock one. :lol:

The bulb on the $8 lights is a seal beam (light a stock headlight). You can replace the bulb with another 35W bulb, but the replacments are going to run about the same as a new light. The light can't be upgraded to a higher wattage.

The $15 lights use a replacable 55W standard H3 bulb found in many light applications. It's bulb can be replaced with another 55w bulb or with a brighter 100w bulb.
