I'm pretty sure I have it figured out, but since it involves drilling and welding the frame I thought I'd check with ya first. Do you by chance have a photo of them in position? No hurry, I've got a number of other projects going on that will tie me up for a couple of days. Thanks, TC

I am sorry I don't have a photo for you. I am on the road right now but when I return to the shop I will post of a photo that shows the difference between the left and right.

I am sorry yours did not get labled.

No biggie, no rush. I got to thinking later that what I could do is put the spring in the new front hanger, slip the jig on the rear of the spring and hold it up to the frame. That will probably give me the proper position.
BTW, do you guys ever sleep?

The first step is to place the jigs next to each other as shown in the first photo. The front and rear of the jigs should create a Chevron pattern as shown.

The jigs should be positioned so that the holes are closer to the front of the jig.

You must have the jigs in this position before marking them:

Now the jigs can be marked as shown:

If you received a set of unmarked jigs and do not feel comfortable marking the jigs please call us and we will send a properly marked set of jigs to you via overnight ups.

Chris thanks for laying that out for everyone to see. That is very clear. In the future the jigs will be stamped left or right. We had some wrapped by an employee that is no longer with us. We have since taken a look at all the other jigs that were wrapped, and fixed the problem. Thank you all for letting us know that there was a problem. The marking of those jigs is very important. If in fact there is someone else who recieved one that was not marked give us a call and we will talk you throuhg it. Its not rocket science but they should be marked, and I appoligize for the mistake.
