Hi guys, I just recieved my order and the 5" shackles I recieved for my 88 toy pick up don't work. On the shackle plates there is one hole that fits the bolts you sent and the other hole is smaller and the bolts do not fit?? I HAVE to have this thing out of the shop by tuesday so what can I do?? Thanks guys, my high steer kit I just got is kick ass! BTW my order name is Cory McDonald.

edit* I noticed that somone else has recieved the wrong shackle plates before, how soon can I recieve the correct shackle plates? and if your shipping them out monday can I add a few parts in the box?? and if possible just charge my card on file? Whatever happens I defintley need the parts by tuesday! PLease let me know ASAP!!

Can you drill the one hole bigger to fix it ??

Cory,

We had some shackle plates get wrapped incorrectly. I thought that we had reworked all of the inventory in house....apparently I was wrong.

I will UPS RED (AM Delivery) to you the correct shackles so that you will have them on Tuesday morning AM.

I am truly sorry for the mistake.

WOW!!! I must say this is the best customer service I have EVER HAD with a company EVER! Not even 10 minutes after my post Chris calls me to rectify the mishap and I will have my parts and correct shackles on time! THANKS CHRIS AND TEAM!!

I am the sales manager, I will take care of you monday morning. I to thought that all the mis-labled shackle kits had been taken apart and correctly reassembled. I am very sorry for the inconvience. We will correct the problem at our cost and wrap the new shackle plates in a new T shirt or beanie, which ever one that you want. Very sorry about the mistake.
