I placed an order about two weeks ago and it arrived last week sometime. But anyways, i had ordered a rear sloped spring hanger and shackle mount.

For some reason this shackle mount seems to look very narrow, but i might be wrong. I was wonder what the width of the shackle mount should be for an 89 and up vehicle. I have got a 93 by the way and am runnin your 5 inch springs.

I just wanna take a few measurements to make sure everything i got is correct before i go and start to weld everything on the frame.

Thanks,
Chris

The springs on both my '88 and my '94 are 2 3/8" wide. So is the Trail Gear shackle mount.

On '84-'88 trucks Toyota used straight shackles and 2 3/8" mounts. But on '89-'95 trucks they used shackles with bend in them, and then they had a wider shackle mount.

Since you'll be cutting off your old mount and using the new Trail Gear one, you'll just have to use straight shackles instead of your stock angled/bent ones. Or, if you ordered wide shackles that came with spacers you'll just run them without the spacers and it should all fit.
