Well i have been researching for sometime about the toyota axles under a samurai. What would be the best way to align the front toyota axle perches with the front samurai springs?

try and move the front pads on the axle? (even though you would be on the pumpkin?)

outboard your samurai spring hangers?

re-drill holes on the pads?

I'd remove the stock perches and install new ones 1/4" in.

So where are the pics of your super easy way of dealing with the spring perch differences? Can't wait to see how it goes offroad.

Hi Dan... I've been here a while.

If you dont move the perches, you will wear your spring bushings out prematurely and may cause a bow in the springs.
