We have not tested this on an FJ40, but we believe it will fit both early and late FJ40 & FJ60 axles.
I don't know what all 4x4 labs offers. I would think that if they could make a new relay rod for you with one end threaded for FJ80 then it would be a simple bolt on installation.
These knuckles are a Marlin Crawler design and are being manufactured by Trail-Gear. I expect that MC will be offering the same knuckles soon.

im not sure if the 4x4labs would work they are all gm tres and the arms for the 6 bolt knuckles would need to be reamed. heres a pics of the 4x4labs gear
i gotta resize them hold on

Will a hi-steer kit fit the fj-40 if a springover has been done?

The rod length is different for the FJ-40's. I am sorry but we don't stock that length of tubing.

as long as the axle is 55.5 wide the tie rob will work, but the draglink is definatley shorter. you will need a custom length. i can get you the length tomorrow. i have a 69 cruiser with a mini high steer kit and a saginaw p/s conversion with a spoa lift at my shop right now.

center link length of the tie rod is 26" (that is not including the fj-80 ends)with a inside the frame saginaw box and high steer arms. the pitman on this cruiser is flat steel with a fj-80 taper insert, and a spline insert to fit the saginaw septor shaft. the rest of the kit will be the same as mini truck.
