How does your tracker power steering do trying to push your 36s in the rocks? Any problems? Is it strong enough? I am currently building my zuk with toys. I already have the tracker PS stuff.

My power steering set up dose a great job w/the 36's and detriot locker. It dose great on the rocks. Every now and then when I get my tires bound up I have to rock it to turn the tires.

This is at 4-dice and the march edition of Petersons off road Magazine. If I didn't have a spare on the back I would have went over.

I'm considering shoving my Toy axles under a Sami... What did you do to get the perches to line up correctly? I've seen people use longer shackles and run the shackles crooked but thats not right. I was thinking of using my toyota springs I have (already bought everything to do up a yota then blew my motor) and using my front spring hangar as a crossmember to mount the yota springs. Then I was gonna widen the shackles mounts up front and reposition the rear spring perches. Bah I'll just make a thread lol.

AWSOME SAMI!

I came off the front of my frame 8" w/2x4 square tube and put2" out to the side and put a new hanger on the end. Keep in mind that I pushed my axle forward 6"

I was thinking that was the even easier way out. Then I saw skys kit... I'll either do that or just buy skys kit... Anyone have an idea what the length is on YJ springs are that your suppose to use under these things? I wanna use my toyota springs I have so I'm not out $150 in shipping and restocking fees back to TG...

YJ's are a good spring to use. Alot of people use them. If those toy springs are 4-runner rears you can use the mail leaf to push your axle forward 2 inches.

Is there a downside to using TG's leafsprings? I think it would be easier to leave my perches alone to save me some money ($100 on skys kit for the toyota front axle, and $400 for the frame mounts/ shackles...) Just cut the mounts and weld some square tube in to get my width then use TG springs. Doesnt someone here that works for TG have a comment about their own springs? Whos that with that red sammi with a hella knockin motor? Lets see some flex shots...
