Slick Rock and Barney Riley July 28th

A good friend of mine just finished college and is moving back to the PNW after his stay here in Norcal. He wants to have a going away run this coming weekend. They are starting Thursday but some more of us are meeting at Alpine Lake on HWY to run SlickRock and camp by the resevoir Friday night. Saturday the tenative plan is to run Barney Riley and camp at the Hot Springs Sat night. The more the merrier. PM for any more details.

Update Friday afternoon we are running Slick Rock backwards starting on the Union Resevoir Side and then were going to head over and run Barney Riley and camp there Friday. Saturday we are going to run Deer Valley and then run down and head up Strawberry. Sat night were camping on Strawberry at the scenic overlook where you can see Caples Lake and Kirkwood. We will finish Strawberry on Sunday coming out on the 50 side.
