Kind of like Zuks? Just curious what shims to start with on your gears with a solid spacer. Pinion shim and spacer shim to make things easier.

Here's my suggestion for 4cyl diffs with trail gear spacer and r&p.

Start with .054" on the solid spacer and the stock pinion shim + .010" which should end up around .090" total. This should get you very close. I set up a lot of gears and this is usually what I start with. :thumbs:

Actually I was able to ID the ring and pinion as a Precision Gear R&P. So, I was able to use Zuk's cheat sheet on it.

I too setup a lot of gears, but its always nice to have numbers on hand when dealing with a new source.
