Calmini cages don't hold up to redwood trees

Hell, atleast my new Bad Boy rock sliders from Trail Tough held up. :thumbs:

This goes to show NEVER!!!! run a Calmini roll cage. It will not hold up. If you notice my welds held and their tubing failed. I wasn't mad at Calmini for the cage not holding up but I'm mad at them now for telling me that the cage is not ment for a roll over or a good hard crash, SH$T that is like a FAGET saying he is only half QUEER. WTF. What if it had been a roll over down a cliff or my girlfriend in the passenger seat!!! That makes me mader than a 3 leg dog trying to bary a terd on a icey lake. I will never do business w/them again!!

So a new fresh start, sweet, that tree really messed it all up dang, i feel bad for you. Make it stronger and build hell of a exo skelton this time :thumbs:

Probally not but i think it would have saved more than the one that was on there before the cheap one :) How big was the tree?

I just put the 1.6 into my new Samurai. The trany housing is cracked. and mu t-case has 6.5.1 and its going in my new rig also.
:D looks a bit like mine!:rolleyes: no tree fell on mine tho, lost it off the a-frame on a gravel road :(

Ouch!!!! yeah I have one hell of an exo cage as a matter of fact mine has an inner X as well and I don't think it would have made a diffrence, and who the hell sells a roll cage for looks if it offers no protection what good is it?
