Twin stick shifters allow Independent control of the hi/lo and 2wd/4wd sections of your Toyota gear driven transfer case. This allows access to low range 2wd operation. It also allows you to shift in and out of 4wd while driving on the trail without the need to stop. Access to 2wd low range allows easier steering and less driveline binding when you are traveling between obstacles on the trail.

Twin shifters come fully assembled and ready to install. Before installing the Creepy Twin shifter, it is necessary to remove the interlock pin from the transfer case to allow independent operation of the shift rails. Once the pin has been removed, the Twin Shifter can be bolted on to the top of the transfer case.

Shifter bases are made from polished cast aluminum. Shifter keys are made from heat treated 1020 steel. The internal cross pin is made from heat treated chromolly steel.

A splash resistant oil breather is installed on the top of the shifter to reduce oil loss in a roll over while still allowing the transfer case to vent as needed. Each lever is sealed with a o-ring for long trouble free operation.

Twin Stick shifters are shipped with one 4.70 and one 2wd/4wd shift knob. The 4.70 knob may be substituted for a 2.28 knob upon request. (talk to your sales person or make a note in the notes section if ordering online). A new cork shifter gasket is included with the kit. Reuse stock shifter base mounting bolt to attach to transfer case.

Creepy Twin Shifters are just $149!

Not that you haven't already thought about it, but you might include a picture or "how to" directions for removing the interlock pin.
Just my 2 cents!

Man, these shifters look sweet!

Just follow steps #1 through #36 in the 4.70 Gearset Instructions.
When you get to #36 reverse the steps back to #1.

some one asks if an 85 regular cab, 22R, manual tranny has a top or forward shifting tcase?

I can figure it out myself, but the truck is not accessible for me.

Wow! I didn't realize converting to twin stick requires a LOT more work than I first thought. You may as well go with the 4.7's since you're already that deep into the case

That pin looks like it's accessed externally, is it possible to remove it without completely disassembling the case? Looking at it closely, one of the shift rods may block access to the pin but I can't tell for sure.

Either way, the sticks are looking mighty tempting :D

Thought the same thing until I read those directions, I think I will get eh 4.7's and the twin stick at the same time so I don't have to do it twice

No, you have to completely remove one of the shift rails.
The interlocking pin is between the 2 shift rails.
It can be done without disassembling the t-case but it is pretty sketchy.

If you are thinking about the advantages of the twin stick, most likely you already have dual cases and a 4.70 gear set. However, anyone can benefit from the twin stick.

Do you take trade-ins? :D I got another manufacturer's twin stick in a box and asked if TG was making one when I bought it more than a year ago.
