I can't get the speedo output pulled off of the T-Case. Is it supposed to be hard to get out, or a simple pull?

make sure the screw is out and turn it as you pull it should not be that hard, do you mean the outer housing or the little gear inside?

The little outer housing. The gear is still on the shaft, which I can't get out until I pull the small housing. I've soaked it with PB Blaster for hours, but no love...
