Default Using a 110v Welder on the SAS kit ??

Just checking to see if anyone has used a 110v welder besides a 220v. Of course have the welder cranked up hot enough to penatrate the metal. Like on my lincoln welder it would be range C or D. I use Innersheild wire .030. Would like to know if anybody has found that the 110 wont hold up or if you just need to run another pass to make it as think as the 220v beads ?
I have welded up a bunch of sliders, bumpers, and projects with the 110 with no problems.
But I havent done a SAS yet, so I am trying to double check before I dive into it.

Thanks

Some of the smaller stuff on mine was welded with a 110 lincoln mig, but everything that seems alot of force was done with a stick welder.
