Default suspention & steering Q's

i have an 84 pickup with a 3inch body lift and am getting a set of 6" front HD springs from northwest offroad, and a set of TG 5" springs in the rear, so is there anything that i need to change with steering right now i have the stock steering setup?

but do i have to or will it work for a while untill i can shell out more cash for a high steer setup?

If you have a dropped draglink and flip the ball on the "J" arm it will work. Be careful about hanging the DS front tire in the air or youwill break the "J" arm.
