Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

Assist customers with orders, cancellations, general questions, and complaints via phone, email, and social media.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Input orders
  • Audit web/online orders
  • Maintain dealer relationships

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience
  • Off Road Automotive market and product knowledge (personal or professional)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
  • Comfortable with office equipment including a computer, telephone, scanner, calculator, and photocopier

Skills/Qualities:

  • Strong data entry and documentation
  • Very good verbal and written communication
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Capable of de-escalating upset customers

  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
